“Tutto perfetto”
The location is excellent, the room is clean and comfortable, and the staff are kind and always available. The breakfast, both savory and sweet, is superb, with a very well-stocked and varied buffet. The shower is located inside the bathtub.

Breakfast was fine. The hotel is heavily outdated; a complete renovation is required. The room is far too small, with cheap, unattractive laminate flooring, worn brown furniture, and two very small beds placed close together. A stale odor lingered in the room. The bathroom, though renovated, is too cramped; the sink, toilet, and shower are too close together. The lift is very small, and there are many steps that are not suitable for older guests with mobility issues. In the evening there is no option to have a drink; the bar is closed.
The location is perfect, quiet, comfortable, and cozy. The breakfast is bland.

This was my third visit to Vienna, and Hotel Austria made the stay feel as wonderful as ever! The location is simply amazing—tucked away in a quiet, charming spot yet right in the heart of the city. The staff is exceptionally attentive and helpful. I arrived in the middle of the night and felt instantly welcomed and cared for after a long journey. The communication was seamless from start to finish, and the breakfast is wonderful—especially the amazing coffee that starts the morning off right. I was initially nervous about booking a room without an ensuite bathroom, but it turned out to be a complete non-issue for me. My private bathroom was located just down the corridor, spotlessly clean, and exclusively mine. The hotel even provides cozy bathrobes, which added a lovely touch of comfort and convenience. I cannot recommend Hotel Austria enough for a warm, authentic, and wonderful stay in Vienna. I will definitely hope to come back! No such thing.
