The host (female owner?) was very friendly and helpful. We rented two rooms. In one, the shower didn’t work (the owner said she had another room but that one had no hot water – “out of order” was written on the boiler). In the room where our kids stayed, the toilet didn’t work and the shower produced so little water that it wasn’t really a spray. The rooms were bland, one set of towels smelled really bad, the other was stale (the room probably hasn’t been rented for a while). Besides one table, one plastic chair and a bed there was nothing else – no wardrobe, no shelf, no nightstand for items. One of the two ceiling lamps didn’t work. The AC was thunderously loud (but it did work!). Advice to the nice owner: make sure at least one room is fully functional, hang some shelves and a painting, ensure the towels smell fresh. Accept that everything is somewhat old and worn for this price, but that many things don’t work is not acceptable.
