The bed is comfy but the room is small. When we arrived, a strong smell of cannabis lingered throughout the night and into the morning. The walls are thin, so we could hear other guests in the upstairs bathroom every time they left their room. The radiators made a lot of noise all night, and the shower pressure was weak. We had a terrible night’s sleep and decided to book elsewhere for our second night.

The spot was great, but the room was filthy and the blinds over the patio door were covered in stains and mold. I emailed the owner about needing fresh towels because ours stayed damp from the night before, and only got a reply the next day.

The place is right in the middle of everything—just a 10‑minute stroll to pubs, hardware stores, the harbor, and plenty of shops. The local café down the street serves amazing sausages, ham, and cheese pies for breakfast. The room was spotless, the bed was comfy, and Dairmuid was an outstanding host—super responsive and the self‑check‑in was a breeze. I’ll definitely book again. Thanks, Dairmuid!

The location is fantastic and you can walk to all the town’s spots. The room was small and it got noisy when other guests came home.

Good spot and the parking was convenient. The room looked clean but the shower had a long black stain, the bed head had dust, the courtyard was untidy, and there were no drinking glasses or body wash/soap in the shower.
