Vraag Parleyfood
Phitsanulok cooking centers on freshwater fish from the Nan River and Sukhothai-influenced noodle dishes. The famous floating raft restaurants along the Nan River in central Phitsanulok have been removed by local authorities as part of a river restoration and urban cleanup project; dining is now hosted in land-based establishments along the riverbank. Local cooks are famous for *Phak Boong Lurn Fah* (flying morning glory), stir-fried over high flames and thrown across the street into a waiter's plate.
