The front desk was open 24/7, which was handy for a late arrival, and the hotel is close to Montparnasse. Everything else was fine.

The location was good, but the fridge was broken so we had to throw our food away, the scratchy bed covers were still present, there was no cleanliness, no hot water so we took a cold shower, there was no breakfast room, and the staff were not at all helpful. I do not recommend this hotel.

The large, renovated room was nice, but the common areas were outdated. The breakfast room was unappealing.

It was comfortable and I didn’t encounter any bed bugs, even though I had read a recent review a day before we arrived that suggested otherwise. We considered canceling the reservation and taking the loss, but I’m glad we gave it a chance and found no sign of bed bugs.
