The accommodation met my expectations, and the location was excellent, making it perfect for exploring Rome.

The location was good and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I arrived at 3:00 PM, even though check‑in started at 2:00 PM, and the room wasn’t ready, so I had to wait about 20 more minutes. They also couldn’t store my backpack after check‑out. The bathroom light uses a motion sensor and keeps switching off every few seconds, which became quite annoying.

The bathrooms were pretty clean, but we had to call them on the phone because no one opened up for check‑in at first. We tried to cook, but the kitchen was hardly equipped, and when we tried to turn on the stove the power went out. Then an employee came and told us in a very rude manner that we couldn’t use the kitchen at all.

The service was very good, and the room was comfortable, large, and pretty. The site isn’t the best, but it’s not dangerous; the internet should be improved.
