The hotel’s location is very convenient and the staff are delightful, but I was disappointed by how dirty the carpets were. This is an okay motel, but it certainly doesn’t match the standard of most Comfort Inns I’ve stayed at.

I was told the room I booked didn't have a toilet, so I had to pay extra for an upgrade—clearly a scam.
