The location was fairly good, and the food, selection, and drinks were decent. However, the bathroom area was not clean, the beds and mattresses were terrible from 1927, the doors and locking systems were from the East German era, and despite sending a letter, there was no response or consideration for my mobility issue.

The staff were super friendly, there was a parking spot right in front of the hotel, and I could bring my dog to eat because there were two rooms (the restaurant and a lounge). Check‑in was simple, the elevator worked, and a last‑minute request for a birthday table was beautifully arranged; the all‑inclusive package was great. On the downside, the rooms could have been cleaner, the map slot for a requested cleaning the night before didn’t work, and two rooms had defects (bath ventilation, a socket cover in the bathroom, a window handle). The mattresses were worn out, but they are being replaced gradually.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast and dinner were good. Still, there were burnt bulbs, few power outlets, a dirty roof hatch window, and street noise.

The rooms were clean and nicely furnished. The staff were very friendly, and both breakfast and dinner were tasty and plentiful. It was a lovely holiday and we will definitely come back. The all‑inclusive service only offered dry and semi‑dry white wine; it would have been nice to have a sweeter wine, and there was no herbal liqueur.

First, the staff were friendly, then the breakfast and the price. The rooms are outdated, but that doesn’t weigh as heavily because of the positives mentioned earlier.
