The spot is perfect, right across from the metro, letting you reach the city in just a few minutes. The reception was extremely kind and the staff always ready to help. I also liked the mini bar that offered free Coca‑Cola, beer and water. The parking garage is convenient for those driving, though it does cost extra. For the night we paid a reasonable amount thanks to the Booking discount. The room could use a bit more cleaning; we found some dust and it didn’t look spotless. The bathroom feels rather old, and overall the room looks dated compared to the hotel’s presentation. We skipped breakfast because, as a trio, it would have cost €63 a day for the buffet, a price we found quite steep.

I was impressed by the excellent breakfast and the very helpful staff, and the location is great for hopping on the U-Bahn to get to Munich city centre in a few minutes. Nothing else to complain about, everything was fine!

Room service was very attentive, and the breakfast buffet staff happily accommodated special requests like gluten‑free rolls and pointed out where the lactose‑free milk was. The hotel offers an excellent connection to the U5 subway, just 30 m from the entrance to the U‑station. Breakfast was limited: Weißwürste were only available on Saturday and Sunday mornings, and then not at all; we’d have liked more variety such as meat salad and Obazda. The bedding had dark “brake‑track” stains inside the duvet cover. Staff struggled to refill the milk in the coffee machine, so we had to use the lactose‑free milk that sat next to the machine for our black coffee. We wanted more space in the wardrobe and additional hangers for outerwear; extra hangers couldn’t be arranged until the day of departure. These small issues could be fixed with a little effort.
