This guest house reminded me of the budget hotels I stayed in Thailand around 2010 as a student; it had a bed, AC, chair, and power outlets—functional but not comfy. If that’s fine, it’s a cheap spot in a good city location, and free drinking water is supplied. The room is very bare, the bathroom lacks a sink, the AC struggled to cool the room, the staff don’t speak English so I had to use Google Translate for basic conversation, and the hotel sits between two mosques, so the call to prayer at 04:00 wakes you up.

The rooms were clean and tidy, the price was good, and the suites with private baths were spacious.
