The owners are friendly and helpful. The setting is nice. It’s a great place to relax and unwind. It’s right on the beach. The shower water pressure is low and the hot water is too hot. It’s manageable and not a deal breaker, but you need to be careful not to get burnt.

We were so close to the beach, but there was no netting, so we had to keep the blinds pulled for privacy.

The unit was on absolute beachfront with stunning golden sand, right next to Tutukaka marina and its eateries; we arrived later in the afternoon, the heat pump was already on, so it was lovely and warm. Nothing else to mention.
