The accommodation was very comfortable. The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff friendly, and the location very strategic. The view of KLCC from the room was also beautiful. Overall, I was very satisfied and will definitely come back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The only thing that was a bit unpleasant was that at exactly 12:00 noon the phone rang and the bell rang asking us to check out. It felt a little rushed because check‑out time is 12:00. I hope the hotel can give guests a little more room and comfort.

The bathroom door couldn’t close properly… cleanliness was somewhat lacking… The second time I stayed here, it was quite disappointing.
