“overall stay was good.”
The place sits in a nice spot and the mountain view is amazing. The bathrooms could use a little extra care; a few items are showing age and should be replaced. It would be handy to have laundry bags in the rooms for personal use.

The staff, location, nature, and services were all good. Special thanks to Punhan for helping with everything. Overall everything was within normal limits; only a few small shortcomings, like the fridge could be better.

The location is great and the views are fantastic. The cottages are comfortable and very clean. I had no trouble talking to the staff, and room service was excellent. Most of the team speaks English and everyone is very kind. The facilities and extra activities are also great. The gym, however, is small with few machines and limited equipment; it’s okay for a light workout or a treadmill, but not much else. The resort sits on a steep hill, which might make it a bit hard for some people to get around without a car.
