Breakfast, location, and cleanliness were all very good, but the staff were unfriendly and only a small soap and two towels were provided for four people, so I rate it an 8.0/10.

I’ve stayed there for over ten years and love the location, yet the hotel is in decline with zero maintenance, loose elevator doors, the restaurant gone, and minimal staff, which makes it a 4.0/10.
