We used the B&B Hotel Sonneck for a layover, and it was really suitable. The reception lady was exceptionally friendly; she even called us to coordinate our arrival and waited for our late check‑in – that was a great service. Our room and bathroom were very clean, there were enough towels, and despite being on the street, it was surprisingly quiet at night; we heard no traffic and slept well. The only downside was the beds – they were extremely hard for us, so we woke up with back pain. There’s a huge construction site right in front of the hotel; it’s out of the hotel’s control but it does affect the first impression. We also found the address listed on Booking misleading; the navigation doesn’t take you straight to the hotel, you pass by first and end up quite far off, so clearer directions would help. We couldn’t rate breakfast because we didn’t book it due to our early departure. Overall, we would recommend the B&B Hotel Sonneck as a clean, quiet, and practical place for a layover.
