The place was very well organized and clean. The staff picked us up at the train station and brought us back there for free. We could also have breakfast there. Finally, the owner explained everything clearly and taught us how to recycle properly. The only issue was that we didn’t know we needed to be quiet when going out and coming back because the street was in a residential area.

The owner was very friendly and comfortable. The Wi‑Fi was definitely slow; if you need anything beyond that, you’re out of luck.

The owner speaks excellent English and comes to pick you up and takes you to Kamakura station. The central common room is well equipped, but it’s small—only five people can sit at once. The futon is extra thin, so it feels like sleeping on the floor. It’s a 20‑minute walk from any train station, though a bus stop is nearby. It was quite expensive, but Kamakura is generally pricey. That said, it had nothing to do with the property; we came to Kamakura only for fireworks, and they were cancelled.

Koji is amazing! He was super helpful, even picked us up and drove us to the station. The location is fantastic – walkable or bus‑accessible from every tourist spot. The room is well set up, and the bay window with a small balcony is a real bonus. Kitchenware, a microwave, a large fridge, and a washing machine are available (free if you stay more than 2 nights). Breakfast is outstanding – salads, omelette/quiche, and briochettes with jam/margarine. The only slight downside is the extra mattress with a hard floor, which left my back a bit sore.
