“I did not stay at this property because the advance payment was taken and used abusive language”
Harish Thakur at reception behaved criminally and was very unprofessional and abusive. The staff at this property try to trap customers for money. I booked with a no‑booking‑fee condition, but Harish called immediately to demand 1000 rupees for the booking. I was shocked and paid because I was traveling from NCR and wanted a smooth stay. After payment he confirmed a third‑floor room. I explained I was traveling with senior citizens and needed a ground‑floor single room, but he refused. I tried to cancel and get a refund, but he said the money wouldn’t be returned and used nasty language. He deleted all chat history, and I had to screenshot to file a complaint. Criminal staff, this property threatens customers, and I will never recommend it. They scam and steal money.
