The staff were friendly, but the mattress was terrible and collapsed entirely; I couldn’t take a shower because the water was rusty.

The hotel was clean and fairly quiet, had its own parking, and the renovation on the 4th floor looked fresh and tidy. The only downside is there’s no elevator; I’m young and it’s fine for me, but it might be inconvenient for others.

The inn was spotless, with a spacious room and plenty of heating that left us sweating. The staff were wonderful, bringing us a bucket of mineral water and even giving us a Russian‑style plug when we realized we didn’t have one, otherwise we couldn’t use the electricity in a Kazakh hotel.

I want to express my gratitude for the wonderful breakfast, especially the chef - thank you very much! However, I had a bit of a rough interaction with the admin, who responded to me quite rudely. Despite the unpleasant exchange, the breakfast was a highlight of my stay.
