The clerk tried to help the situation, but the hotel was overbooked and I was overcharged; I still haven't received a refund for the overcharging.

Breakfast was good, yet getting there was easy to get to.

The location was convenient, but the room felt outdated, the door jammed, and the towels were dirty; the staff seemed nonchalant and uncooperative, and my card was charged before I arrived instead of at the property as booked, and the staff would not reverse the charge or use my preferred card.
