“Staff were lovely, and great location”
The property was clean, the restaurant was excellent, and the location was great. We were disappointed that there was no pool, and the parking fee felt a bit steep.

The hotel is 200 meters from the New Zealand International Convention Centre and within walking distance to the Civic Theatre, Victoria Park, and the iconic Sky Tower.

Breakfast was superb with plenty of options, and the staff were friendly, though my room stayed quite hot.

The four‑bedroom room was roomy enough for a family of four, with two double beds that were very comfortable. It was spotless and the shower’s water pressure was good. I liked the Antipodes products in the bathroom – really high quality. Breakfast was a buffet with a huge variety of food and drinks; a barista made fresh coffee, and the mushrooms and beans were well seasoned. I could easily adjust the room temperature. Overall fantastic, with friendly and helpful staff. The only downside was that the shower lacked a movable handle. Parking in the Atrium costs 30 NZD per day, and the spots are very narrow with a low ceiling in the parking house, which I guess is normal for Auckland.

Situated in a great spot. Did not like the breakfast environment lots of plates been collected and scraped in front of people was very loud
