The location is beautiful, with wonderful garden dining under old trees; the staff are very friendly and everything is very clean.

This traditional house in a village has new baths and simple rooms; a shady garden in front of the house is perfect for dinner, and the kitchen feels like a country inn. We were lucky that that evening a jazz concert by the local brass band played in the adjacent building and the whole village gathered.

This was our third time staying here, which has become a little tradition for us. The area is wonderful—quiet and uneventful—while the hotel itself is excellent and the food is superb.
