“This was our 2nd staycation at Al Bada. We always opt for full board and 1st time the food was good and sufficient. This”

The AC was scorching hot and I had to call reception for an hour with no answer. When I called again, they said the staff had gone out for dinner – not exactly reassuring for a resort that only has one person to fix the AC and a broken shower cover.
