I had a great stay at this hotel, with a wonderful location close to the waterfalls, comfortable rooms and beds, and a delicious breakfast with excellent service. However, I did find the bathroom to be a bit rustic and it took a while to get hot water. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The hotel's location was its redeeming quality, but unfortunately, that was about it. We arrived in the afternoon and found that the staff were all asleep, and they couldn't seem to locate our reservation. The room was disappointing, with no closet space, no shower gel, and a bathroom that smelled musty with hair scattered about - it felt like the hotel was in disarray and in need of renovation.
