I recently stayed at Phúc Lộc Hotel and was genuinely satisfied with the experience. My first impression was a clean, tidy room with a spacious, airy environment and all the basic amenities. The bed was comfortable, perfect for resting after a busy travel day. Overall, it felt pleasant, not overly fancy but solid for the price. The hotel is conveniently located, easy to find, and close to many popular Ninh Bình attractions like Tam Cốc, Tràng An, and Bái Đính Temple, making travel hassle‑free. One thing I really liked was the quiet atmosphere, suitable for relaxation, unlike the noisy central districts. You can even watch trains pass by, which adds a chill, unique vibe. Service was a major plus: the staff were friendly, enthusiastic, and the lovely manager was caring, giving a home‑like feel. The staff were quick and always ready to help. This place is great if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable stay, a convenient location for sightseeing, a quiet space to unwind, and a friendly host, all at a reasonable price. I think Phúc Lộc Hotel is worth considering when visiting Ninh Bình. However, the hotel could still improve the room amenities. Most equipment in the rooms meets basic needs, but upgrading or adding items could make the experience feel more modern and convenient. Paying attention to small details like lighting, personal items, or room layout would surely make the overall stay more complete and comfortable.

The three‑bedroom room had no windows, old furniture, and was not attractive. The main issue was the lack of a window.

I did not enjoy my stay here. We arrived late at night, but we had booked a room for that night and the day after. When we came we were told what we would get one room that night and then change in to a new room at 9 AM, because she thought we wouldn’t arrive. Other than that, the rooms were not that good. Both rooms we stayed in didn’t have windows or working sink, the water from the pipes would just pore out on the floor. And in one of our rooms did the door not work properly so you could open it without a key, if you used a tiny bit of force. And it was SUPER noisy, the walls were very thin so you could hear people’s conversations word for word. So if you stayed here you would probably get woken up by the cleaning lady’s at 8.30 AM. But if you stay here right after os you will probably get woken op even earlier at 8 AM by THE LOUDEST CONSTRUCTION WORK I HAVE EVER HEARD!

The only thing I liked was the receptionist; she didn’t speak English but we managed to understand each other. She was very kind when I needed help. Otherwise everything went wrong. The location is outside the center. The cleaning was really poor and the area was very noisy; I think this hotel is not suitable for a European guest given the standards we have. I’m sorry to say that.
