The spot was great, right next to Uguisudani station on the JR Yamanote line and just a 10‑minute walk from Nippori station where the Narita Skyliner drops off. Life supermarket sits right across the street. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and had handy features like a washing machine and a bathroom dryer that could dry clothes in 2–3 hours. The mattresses were a bit firm if you’re not used to a hard bed.

The room was spacious, so luggage and a stroller fit easily, and the soundproofing worked well. There was a small kitchen to use, and the bathroom had a drying‑dehumidifying feature that proved handy during a typhoon‑rainy day. The bathtub was big enough for kids to splash around. Life supermarket was across the street, and a public bath nearby offered a local experience. Traveling with kids and a lot of luggage meant the distance from the station was a bit inconvenient; if the weather’s bad, taking a taxi might be easier.

Location is perfect. the hotel is 5 min walk to Uguisudani station very convenient to ride Yamanote line. Also a big supermarket LIFE is right opposite ,This supermarket provides fresh sashimi and meals,which I like very much ,and opens til midnight. The room is an apartment style , has entrance , kitchen( equipped with microwave , electric kettle, stove) , shared bathroom (separate toilet, bath, and facewash plus washing machine). Spacious bedroom with 3 comfy beds. Just one thing: there aren't enough hangers or wall hooks to dry towels and clothes
