After a problem arose with one of the two rooms we had booked, the staff offered to move us to a suite that could accommodate the entire family. This gesture was greatly appreciated and demonstrated excellent customer care. The hotel is very charming, authentic, and full of local character, perfectly fitting the atmosphere of this magical city. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the staff's willingness to find a satisfactory solution to the issue we encountered.
