Our room offered amazing views, the place was clean and comfortable, the staff were kind and helpful, the pool was lovely with a lifeguard and service, and the location was excellent for the Naples & Sorrento station.

The aesthetics were fantastic and everyone was very friendly; I didn’t feel well, so they gave me a hot drink with crackers in the room, and they were very kind.

The welcome was good, but the building looked worn out.

The reception was friendly, the location central, the large pool had plenty of loungers, and the balcony offered a beautiful view; the pool water was quite cold and the loungers needed renewal.
