The pool and restaurant were great, but the bathroom felt old.

The hotel is nicely spread out outside Ubud; a grab ride usually takes about 40 minutes to the center, which we didn’t mind much. They also run a shuttle at certain times. The pool is large and pleasant, and the staff are friendly. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom that had a great shower and a nice bath, which we enjoyed with our little kids. However, some items need replacing, like a rusty shower head, and the dining area wasn’t very atmospheric.

breakfast: great. A la carte with 2 choices + a fixed set of breakfast items. But good quality and freshness. room: good bed and pillows, nice design, good size - balcony or stoop with chairs (for ground floor rooms) Pool: very nice, clean and green The whole resort is lush and green and well-kept Hotel staff all very friendly. * One day there was suddenly a group of guests with 10 kids plus several adults who hogged the pool - very noisy, diving screaming, spalshing and causing a ruckus - for hours. I complained to the pool staff and the manager, but nobody achieved that these people stay quiet. It was very annoying and spoiled my whole afternoon which I had planned to spend reading and with a glass of wine. Instead of making these people leave I was suggested to vacate to the neighbouring resort where there was an adult-only pool. But my question was - why should I move, when I'm not the problem? * the bathroom wasn't renovated. The shower glass had not been cleaned for years (heavy water residue) and the bathroom furniture was visibly outdated * hotel manager had 0 problem-solving and communications capacity

The service was amazing, making us feel like family. The food was fantastic, the rooms were very clean, and they provided free water daily. The bathroom utilities were outstanding, offering free shaving kits, dental kits, shower caps, and a comb; I’d love to return. The only downside was that the shower took a while to heat up, but that was minor compared to everything else.

“J’ai aimé séjourné dans cette hôtel bien situé !”

Close to the center, the staff were very helpful and friendly—nothing to complain about! Everything was incredible.
