The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious, and the staff were helpful; everything we needed was there. I didn’t like that the reception is on the third floor without an elevator while the room is on the second.

Location – in the city center, price – reasonable. The place is right above a pub that stays open until 6 am, making it hard to sleep, and when it finally closed at 6, we discovered a radio playing 24/7 behind the wall. The worst sleep quality among all places in Warsaw. To reach the room you have to climb three floors up, cross to a second building, and go down two floors. I’d rather pay extra for a better night's rest. The bathroom is so small that you can wipe yourself with your elbow.

The staff were friendly, approachable and helpful. The bathrooms were tiny, almost claustrophobic, and the rooms stayed cold.

The staff, the location not far from the main train station, the cleanliness, the kitchen equipment, and the beds are comfortable with power outlets and lighting. Nothing to report.
