The location is top. The beach is a 5‑minute walk away, and shops, pharmacies, restaurants, and bars are all nearby. There is a pool, small but comfortable and clean. The staff are always friendly and very polite. The only downside is Wi‑Fi; in the second‑floor room the signal was weak and I had to reconnect repeatedly. The speed is fine, but coverage is poor, probably because the room was far from the router.

The hotel and restaurant staff are very responsive and good. The breakfasts on the menu are very tasty. The room is good and the bed is comfortable. The room had a window that was closed and wouldn’t open. It felt a bit stuffy, and the internet didn’t work.

Разрешили заселиться до 14.00. Очень хороший ресторан, готовят вкусно и недорого. Администратор ресторана Елена очень чуткая и отзывчивая, помогла с заказом специального блюда. Сантехника в душевой кабинке. Гнездо, в которое вставляется душ, не держится, пришлось фиксировать зубочисткой 🤦🏼♂️ Полка под шампунь болтается. Сама сантехника покрыта белым налётом

The renovation was good, but the room felt stuffy; the air conditioner barely worked, its filters had never been cleaned and there was a few centimeters of dust. The windows jammed when I tried to open them.

I flew in from Astana for just a few days and the reception was very warm. The room was clean and cozy, towels were changed daily and housekeeping kept it tidy. The hotel was quiet and safe, staff were friendly and polite, and the location was convenient. Everything was great – I recommend it.
