The location, on‑site restaurant, and bar were nice, yet the hallways were a bit dirty, the toilet didn't flush well, and the carpets were stained.

The location is the best! My only complaints were that the elevator near the lobby didn't go all the way to the ground, and the room filter was filthy dirty, but maintenance quickly replaced it.

The location was good, the staff very friendly, and the hotel restaurant great, with a nice indoor pool and water park, yet the property needs overall cleaning and general repairs, and kids were disappointed by the limited opening hours of the water park.
