Clean room, quiet, very nice staff, but the ice machine on the 2nd floor had no ice, while the one on the main floor worked fine.

The staff was welcoming and helpful whenever we needed them, the lobby and kitchen area felt light and airy after a recent update, and our room was spacious, updated and well appointed, yet a light in the room was broken, the microwave didn’t work, the freezer wasn’t clean, and the fridge had several broken pieces.

The location is convenient if you’re visiting the Ashland area, but the check‑in attendant was awful, the rooms need a refresh, the bathroom had a broken cabinet door, the bathtub was chipped in multiple places with caulking missing in some spots, and although the room was listed for four people, towels were stocked only for three so we had to request more.

The rooms are big for a king‑size bed, but the air conditioner was too cold.

The hotel and room were clean and quiet, staff were helpful during check‑in and check‑out, it was a pretty standard stay that I would recommend if you’re in the area, and it offered great value, though no body wash was provided in the showers.
