Everything! Everything is good!

The Wi‑Fi was solid and the location was convenient, but the AC was weak and the room felt dated.

The spot was good and the staff were friendly, but the cleaning and food left something to be desired.

The breakfast was decent, but the confusion between the two similarly named hotels—one with a higher rating, pools, and a restaurant, the other lower‑rated with nothing—made things messy; the staff mixed up the bookings, sent me to the wrong property, and when I found the correct one they offered to switch me on the spot, which I found unacceptable.
