“Altreddewitz ist eine Reise wert”
The place is close to the sea, offers free parking, and the restaurant and kids' playground are a short walk away. The beds were awful and the sofa bed in the room was very uncomfortable.
Everything that was promised was there and the place was quiet with a reserved parking spot for each unit, but the toilet hadn’t been cleaned at all—there were used sanitary pads in the bucket, a lot of grime under the bathroom radiator, gauze fell from the window, the toilet brush looked disgusting and seemed to have been there for ten years, all the stainless‑steel surfaces were dirty with previous guests’ fingerprints, the cupboards were stained, the couch used as a bed for a third guest was terrible, the laundry rack was broken, and the photos made it look much better than reality.
The bathroom was a bit of a letdown - there was no curtain, so we had to pull down the blinds every time we wanted to use it. Not a huge deal, but it was a bit inconvenient. Everything else seemed fine, though.
The location was very good and quiet, making it ideal for bike tours, but some of the equipment was a bit outdated.
The house is situated in a quiet area, the apartment is on the ground floor, and parking is directly at the unit. The high step into the shower was a problem and the induction stove could use a clearer instruction manual.
