“Nice and cozy”

James(I believe that was his name) he was a night clerk on July 11 or 12. We had traveled from LA and stopped at several stops along the way with very pleasant hotels.however when we booked one for "this" night we pulled in and it was a nightmare.nasty, kids everywhere, toilets backing up.we turned around and left.after searching for several hours in a grocery store parking lot. I came across this hotel.side bar.every place was booked due to some little league event.We got to this hotel right at 2200 and were greeted with a beautiful warm smile and James said.don't worry.I got you.i was nearly in tears. I was miserable and exhausted and was so grateful for his kindness. He allowed us a quick use of the hot tub and then we were off too bed. I want him to know how much he helped us that day!

“I had a lovely stay in beautiful grounds close to Napa and Sonoma vineyards at a good price.”

The breakfast was decent, though the selection was limited, and housekeeping only came on the fourth day, which felt too late.

“Very nice, loved the fire pit. The staff was great!! <Loved James!!!”

The only issue with breakfast was that for one of the five days I was there, they served just scrambled eggs; they kept offering egg sandwiches, and there was never any bacon—only sausage.

James at the front desk was amazing, helpful, and very kind, but the location was a bit farther out than I expected, and the trundle bed was super uncomfortable.

The staff were fantastic at check‑in and all the facilities were good, plus free parking is a bonus, yet the place didn’t feel very clean, the shower water pressure was weak, Napa is super expensive, and this being one of the cheapest spots to stay showed in the distance from downtown and the rundown feel, while the breakfast was pretty average.
