The room was clean and welcoming, everything was brand new, and the location is quiet yet central, within walking distance of most major sites. The stairs are steep, and the first impression of the building is not great.

A comfortable flat with a fully equipped kitchen, clean, and good communication with a friendly owner. The area is lively, full of bars and restaurants, and a small grocery shop is nearby.

The spot is right in the heart of the Spanish Quarter, next to lively alleys yet quiet enough to sleep, not far from Toledo Street and the metro.
