The place is far from the Basilica, the breakfast was disappointing and the rooms were subpar; the inn really falls short.

Zero points for everything. I paid for a double room but was given a tiny single bed that was hard and the pillow smelled bad. The bathroom is cramped and poorly designed, with shower water splashing onto the toilet paper roll and the door not opening fully because it hits the sink, blocking the mirror. The breakfast was the worst I've had on all my trips, even serving stale bread, showing a complete lack of care for guests. My stay was very negative. I do not recommend this hotel and will definitely not return.

The service from the look‑alike of Luciano, brother of Zezé, was excellent and very attentive; no complaints.
