The cabin was comfortable, yet the pool was not working and the tub had to be paid for; I also asked for a plug for the tub because the one provided didn’t fit, and it took two hours to get it, so I had to call; the bathroom leaked a lot, lacked a shower drain and a towel rack.

The pool, tubs, and Jacuzzi were all non‑operational, and the air‑conditioning produced a bubble; the staff never warned us that the advertised services were not available.
