The front‑desk staff were professional, but the lunch served in the hotel restaurant on the day of arrival left something to be desired.

The staff were very helpful. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. Cleanliness was also fine. You can use the wellness pool in the basement. The hotel restaurant is good. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide selection of everything and high‑quality food.

The hotel is a bit shabby and needs a general renovation. The service is friendly, but the reception doesn’t fully grasp what’s happening. Thin walls let you hear other guests and additional noises from outside the window – you can hear street traffic and trams.
