“Convenient location with fast Wi‑Fi”

I really enjoyed my stay here because the hotel is so conveniently located. It’s just a short walk to the Ximending Night Market and right by Ximen MRT Station, making it easy to explore Taipei. (We just had a little difficulty finding the place at first since the placard is quite small, but it’s located inside the SWIIO building) The Wi‑Fi was super fast, which allowed us to work comfortably during our stay. The water heater worked perfectly, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the room cool. Good value for money for travelers who want accessibility and reliable basics. The front desk only opens at 10 AM. We arrived earlier hoping to leave our luggage before the 3 PM check‑in, but no one was available to assist us. We just had to wait at a nearby Starbucks until the desk opened.

It’s a very convenient spot for the night market. The staff were not very friendly or approachable; when I asked something, the worker didn’t even look at me and just nodded.

The first time I booked through an online site I wasn’t familiar with, the owner kindly walked me through checking in at the front desk, which I really appreciated because I was exhausted after rushing north from Taichung that day; thanks to his patience I managed to settle in smoothly, the room was spotless and everything was great, and I’m sorry if I disturbed him late at night and will be more careful with the time in the future.
