The place was hands down the best house we’ve ever stayed in. It looked gorgeous, had a lot of fun stuff, and the owners were always around and helpful. We’ll definitely be back.

The spot turned out even nicer than the photos, and the hosts were quick to answer any question, making it perfect for a friends’ getaway. Everything we needed was there, and the hot tub and sauna were a great escape from the chilly weather outside. The only downside was the cold outside, but that didn’t ruin the cozy vibe.

The house was spotlessly clean and really comfortable, with tasteful décor and attention to the little details. The pools were large and immaculate.

The garden, pool, jacuzzi and sauna were all in great shape and gave us plenty of space to relax outdoors. Inside, however, the showers were a nightmare – leaking, low pressure, and two of them unusable, plus one even flooded the floor below. Only one of the two dishwashers worked, and the hosts kept popping in unannounced, checking us via cameras and taking the sauna key without asking. Their constant messages and remarks about our receipt request were pretty off‑putting.

The house was huge, with a nice pool and fully equipped kitchens both inside and out, and each bedroom had its own bathroom, which worked well for our big group. Sunbeds and umbrellas were comfy, and the central location in Sapareva Banya was convenient. Unfortunately the plumbing seemed off – every bathroom had a foul smell – and a wasp nest near the pool meant a lot of insects buzzing around, though they mostly stayed at the edge.
