I was close to a Tim Hortons and a shopping area, but the furniture felt old and stained, and the bed sank in the middle—definitely not the best night of sleep.

The beds were the only bright spot, but the swimming pool has been shut for years, and there’s no coffee maker in the room; the overall condition was worn out and not very clean.

The guy who handed us the key seemed totally clueless about the layout, which was a bit annoying. On the bright side, the place itself is solid, but it definitely feels dated and could use a refresh.

The location is great—just a stone’s throw from the ball field. The sheets were stained, but when I asked for fresh ones, they swapped them out quickly.
