The location was convenient, but the top hinge on my door was faulty, making it a bit difficult to open and close.

The bed and shower were comfortable, but too many smokers congregated near the doors; this is supposed to be a smoke‑free property, and as someone with sarcoidosis, cigarette smoke is extremely bothersome.

The room was dirty, the outside door lock was broken, and anyone could just walk in.

The pool and hot tub were nice, yet our room wasn’t clean—there was still a dirty towel hanging over the shower rod, items on the counter were not cleaned, and the toilet wouldn’t flush, so we had to fix it with a hair tie.
