“Hotel abandonado”
The relaxed vibe among the plants was nice, but when we arrived the entrance was in a ruined state with trash and the staff didn't know we had a reservation. In one of the rooms we were given, the door wouldn't close, there was no toilet paper or shampoo, and the bed was very uncomfortable. The next day we woke up to find no water for showering or hand washing. We explored the hotel a bit and discovered that the advertised hamam spa was an abandoned room with a single bed, the pool lounge cushions were filthy and impossible to lie on. The breakfast, which supposedly had a selection of cheeses, was actually just packaged turkey and sliced cheese. To top it off, at 21:30 there was no one in the hotel to attend to us; we wanted to have a drink but couldn't. They claim to be a four‑star hotel, but it feels like it has been closed for twenty years and just about to reopen.
