Good facilities and cleanliness, but the bathroom exhaust fan made noise and it was too dry, which was uncomfortable.

The hotel was clean, well kept, and spacious; the staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast wasn’t very varied, but they had ramen machines and my family loved them, plus there was a free vending machine for drinks. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, and Lotte Outlets was a 5‑minute drive away. The breakfast seating area felt a bit cramped, so my family of 9 basically took up all the space; fortunately there weren’t many other guests, but it could have been awkward otherwise. Also, the bath towels are tiny, though they provide a lot of them, which kind of balances it out.

The hotel is well-equipped, the service is friendly, and there’s a supermarket and restaurants right in front of the entrance.

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. We booked a large family/kids room that came with toys. The location is close to the train station and the area is quiet. We never ate breakfast there because we were always too late.
