“Beautiful, secluded property right in the middle of Kok Jaiyk valley”
Beautiful, secluded property right in Kok Jaiyk valley. We stayed in one of the chalets for a night and absolutely loved it -- its 3 terraces, each with great views, was a surprise! Beautiful sunrise and sunsets when the weather is clear. Everything was very clean and cozy -- wifi was very reliable and the shower had great hot water. My ankle was injured when we arrived so the staff even offered to bring our meals directly to the cabin, which was so kind of them. The hotel can also help arrange horse treks in the area -- the organizer Ali speaks perfect English and provides great information about trail options. While we ended up not being able to go on a ride for health reasons, we were very impressed with the communication. The meals were all delicious but they were also quite standard -- the same fare we found at other much less equipped yurt camps around the country (including those without any electricity and running water). Given the price point and the caliber of service the hotel provides, it would have been nice to have a more elevated menu or some different options
