The hotel sits right next to the city centre, so if you want to explore you’ll need a car or a tour that includes a pickup. The room felt very humid—probably one of the lower‑end rooms with no windows and almost no ventilation. I kept the door slightly open and still saw mold in the shower. The kitchen staff were lovely; two ladies served a tasty breakfast. Reception was a bit odd—there was a WhatsApp number posted, but I let the staff know my arrival time and they were ready when I got there. For the price I paid it wasn’t bad; I did get to try the Cave Hotel, so I have no complaints if I go back, though I’d pay for a better room. The mini‑fridge in my room wasn’t working, but the owner let me use the kitchen fridge. There’s no elevator, so be prepared for stairs. I forgot to take pictures of the room itself; it was mostly clean except for the shower mold and extreme humidity.

We stayed in a room with a jacuzzi and liked the experience. The room was small but cozy and pretty. The hotel sits a bit up on a hill, so the city view was excellent. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which was varied and tasty. There was a mistake in the booking system that listed check‑in at 12:00, which is impossible because the room wouldn’t have been ready, but the housekeeping team cleaned quickly and we were able to check in at 13:00, for which we thanked the administrator because we were very tired. Just correct that error in the booking system to avoid future misunderstandings.

I’ve worked in hotels for many years and I can only praise the entire staff. They’re friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. The room was spacious, clean, and truly romantic. Highly recommended.

The price was reasonable. The hotel is located uphill on an unpaved road. The staff couldn’t speak any English and didn’t reply to our messages in the booking app before we arrived. The reception area had a strong cigarette smell, and the Wi‑Fi was very unstable.
