The location, the staff and the design. It was not really clean. I paid for the room for 4 female, but I stayed with 8 female. I didn't understand why

I love Generator; why isn’t there one in Milan? No complaints.

I appreciated the staff, who were very attentive and welcoming.

The hotel’s location and reception were good, but there was no television.

All the lobby staff were terrible; I asked for the room at 3 pm and they didn’t hand it over until 6 pm, yet I had to leave the hostel by 10 am. The service was bad, the beds were dirty and smelled bad, there was no kitchen, and many rats in the outside garden. The entry presentation and attitude were awful, the people were violent and didn’t understand Spanish—just a shitty service.
