“Racially discriminated against”
I was forced to cancel my reservation on August 3rd under what I think were discriminatory circumstances. My brother stopped by the property but never entered my room; he stayed outside and I only came out to give him money for food. Still, I was told we had to leave because visitors were supposedly not allowed. What made this especially upsetting was that I didn’t see this rule applied to other guests, while Black guests seemed specifically singled out. I was humiliated, emotionally distressed, and extremely inconvenienced by being forced to leave abruptly and find new accommodation. I was promised a full refund, yet a month later I still haven’t received it. I’m asking for an investigation and for the promised refund to be issued immediately.
The rooms are brand‑new and amazing, though the location isn’t in the city center but that’s fine.
“Comfortable night stay”
The location is good, close enough to the Hamptons without the Hamptons price tag, but breakfast was very limited.

The room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet, and it looked recently renovated to feel more modern and appealing. Thanks to Jay at the front desk for being efficient and extremely helpful. The tub could use an anti‑slip mat to reduce slipperiness; I’m glad there was a grab bar. Also, a better spot for the full‑length mirror should be considered—my reflection at 3 am made me jump!
“Never again, big Mistake!!!”
The Room I was in was fully renovated. Being disabled the Room was at the very end of the property. There was no coffee pods or condiments to make coffee in Am. A maid was kind enough to assist me. The property itself was Bleak. The front desk was behind Bulletproof glass. When I tried to change my location to be with the bridal party they lied to me and said I was already charged as I wasn’t. There was no one to talk to at that time. They were very rude to me and said I should never use this sight. They said it’s misleading, yet I never would have booked it if I didn’t use the sight. I changed rooms the next Day. I paid close to 700.00 for one night stay at a flea bag ,poorly 1/2 Ass renovated ,roadside Motel. I will never ever again stay at this awful place!!!
