The room I occupied was fully equipped with a heater, TV, fridge, kettle, and more; the bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and eager to help, from arranging taxis to recommending great local eateries, and there were no problems.

Breakfast was a buffet with a good selection of foods and excellent coffee; I could walk to most tourist sites and the area was great.
